The quote import features enables you to create up to 200 quotes at once on Flatbed Messenger!
The following quote details are allowed for importing:
- FTL mode
- Two-stop lanes - pickup and delivery
- Non-hazmat
- Pickup Date must be today or in the future

Download the quote template file:
1. On your left dashboard, click Quotes.
2. On the quotes page, click MULTI QUOTE.
3. A pop-up window will appear. Click DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE. Once the quote template is downloaded, it will be saved to your computer.
Format Cells:
Use the quote template file to list the quotes to be imported. The table below serves as a guide that defines the required or optional fields and the accepted formats or possible options you can select while filling out the template file.
More details of the fields will be provided on the first-row column headers. Click on each cell on the header row to view the additional details.
Please note each import only allows a maximum of 200 quotes.

Upload quotes:
1. After filling out the quote template, save the template as an .xlsx file type.
2. Navigate back to the Quotes page. Drag and drop the updated template or click Browse File on the Multi Quote pop-up window. And click
If all quotes import successfully, a will appear next to the file name on the Multi Quote pop-up window. Loadsmart rates will be available for the quotes.
Import Failures:
File Type and Size Failures:
If the quote import file type is not .xlsx (Excel) and/or if the file contains over 101 rows, an error message will be stated on the Multi Quote pop-up window.
Quote Import Errors:
If quotes fail to import due to data formatting, an error message will state if all/partial quotes failed to import. An error report will be available to download to view the import failure reasons. Click to download the error report.
