The Shipment List helps you manage your shipments and track the statuses of your loads. In this article, we will cover where to view the status of shipments and how those statuses are defined.
On your left dashboard, click Shipments to view your list of shipments.
Shipment Status Types:
New
A new shipment has been created and has not been assigned a carrier.
Quoting
Requests for spot bids have been sent out to carriers to quote on the shipment.
Tendering
Shipment has been tendered to the carrier awaiting carrier response.
Booked
Tender has been accepted by the carrier.
Tender Rejected
Tender has been rejected by the carrier.
Expired
A shipment that was not booked before the pickup date passed.
Archived
Shipments archived are removed from view on the Shipment list.
En-route-pickup
Carrier is enroute to the first stop.
At-pickup
Carrier has confirmed arrival at the shipper.
En-route-delivery
Carrier is enroute to the receiver.
At-delivery
Carrier has confirmed its arrival at the receiver.
Accounting-review
Carrier has confirmed the shipment has been delivered.
