This article will cover deleting shipments on ShipperGuide. Only New and Quoting shipments can be deleted. Delete actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete a shipment:
1. On your left dashboard, click Shipments.
2. Next to the shipment you would like to delete, click ACTIONS > Delete Shipment.
3. A pop-up window will be prompted to confirm if you would like to delete the shipment(s). Click to delete the shipment.
